🏺 For the production of Amarone, only the best and most loosely packed grape bunches are selected, optimally exposed to the sun and left to dry in crates for about 3 months. During this period, the grapes lose approximately 40% of their weight. Fermentation lasts around 25 days, followed by aging in 20-hectoliter casks for 48 months, then further refined in the bottle for an additional 12 months.
This wine is produced only in the finest vintages.
